We hope you love your Coeur et Maman purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for our non-digital products.

Please note that print on demand and bespoke services including prints, monograms, custom services, and print-to-order wallpaper are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All digital sales are considered final and no returns and/or refunds are possible.  

Return Conditions: 

• All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
