Returns Policy

Refunds are offered for items returned within 14 days of you receiving them, provided these are unused, are in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For returns, including if you have concerns about the quality of goods purchased, please email info@coeuretmaman.com, and we will confirm the address for posting returns.

Refunds will be processed immediately on receipt to the original method of payment. We recommend that you use a tracked service for mailing your return package.
