For domestic orders:

Delivery may take 3-5 working days, and is free for orders over £200. A delivery charge of £4 is payable for orders under £200.

For international orders:

Delivery may take  5-14 working days, and is free for orders over £200. A delivery charge of £15 is payable for orders under £200. Please note that additional import tax and duties may apply depending on your country, and are borne by the customer. These will be calculated at check-out.

Refunds are offered for items returned within 14 days of you receiving them, provided these are unused, are in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For returns, including if you have concerns about the quality of goods purchased, please email info@coeuretmaman.com, and we will confirm the address for posting returns.

Refunds will be processed immediately on receipt to the original method of payment. We recommend that you use a tracked service for mailing your return package.
